Silent Appointment

Please don’t hesitate to ask fora silent appointment if you’re feeling anxious, mentally drained or just want to enjoy some quiet time during your salon visit. We completely understand and there is no judgement. Our salon is a safe space for anyone and everyone. We want to make sure that you have a comfortable hair experience every time!

Payment Options

At Studio 1 Salon Company, we accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, personal checks and cash. We also offer gift certificates (see below) that can be redeemed for any of our salon services. Tips are gladly accepted on credit card charges. The personal information that we collect from you is to help us better serve you. We do not share your personal information with outside people or companies.


Our prices are subject to change. Also, prices for some services may vary based on hair length and service time. Your stylist or esthetician will confirm the price with you before starting any service. For more detailed pricing information, please contact our salon.


We regularly run special promotions for our salon services. For the latest promotions, check our website or join us on Facebook or Twitter. If your schedule is flexible, sign up for our email alerts and we will message you when we have last-minute openings.

Gift Certificates

Treat your friends and family to the ultimate salon experience. We offer gift certificates in various amounts. These are perfect gifts for birthdays, holidays and other special events.

Appointment Information

We welcome walk-ins and will try to fit you in whenever possible. However, booking ahead is the best way to guarantee an appointment on the day and time that works best for you. Please arrive early. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to shorten or re-schedule your appointment. This ensures that our next client will not be delayed.

Service Refunds

Studio 1 Salon does not refund service fees in as much as the service has been rendered. However, if a guest is unhappy with their service, we do request the opportunity to redo the service for them to their satisfaction within 14 days of the first initial service appointment. The guest may see the same stylist or request a new stylist. Studio 1 stands behind the professionalism and talent of all our stylists but understands from time to time different personalities and levels of education make better matches than others.

Retail Products Returns

The stylists and Studio 1 Salon strive for haircare excellence! We strongly believe in our professional retail lines and recommend using them at home. If for any reason you are unhappy with the retail product purchased, you have two weeks to return the product for an even exchange of another professional product. All sales on makeup and skincare that have been opened are final.

Return Policy of all Flat Irons, Blow Dryers, and Curling Irons

All sales are final. Please keep the box and return it to the manufacturer. Studio 1 Salon does not offer refunds, returns, or store credit for these items.

Cancellation Policy

Appointment times are very important to your stylist and missed appointments result in lost income to them. Therefore we kindly request at least a 24 hour notification for appointment changes or cancellations. If you are scheduled for a weekend or evening appointment (highest in demand) and/or a color service, we respectfully request a 48 hour cancellation notice.

Inclement Weather

If inclement weather is in the forecast, such as snow, our philosophy is this: appointments can be rescheduled, but lives cannot. If we close the salon due to weather, we will contact you immediately to reschedule your appointment.

Guests Under 18

We request that an adult accompany a child or young adult when receiving a chemical service. The guardian that is responsible for payment of service must agree to the consultation, prior to the service.
